Education: Graduated at Faculty of Chemistry, University of Novi Sad in year 2009.
PhD thesis defended in year 2015 at Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade.

Research Field:

Part of the group investigating insulin-like growth factor, their binding proteins and receptors in different (patho)physiological states. Currently research focus is on the structural and functional characterization of the protein complexes formed between IGFBP-3 and Transferrin (IGFBP-3/Tf) and determination of their role in pathophysiology of colorectal carcinoma (CRC).

As a part of international scientific collaboration dr Goran Miljuš is member of a bilateral collaboration project with Slovak Academy of Sciences and two COST Actions:
CA15133: FeSBionet “The Biogenesis of Iron-sulfur Proteins: from Cellular Biology to Molecular Aspects”,
CA16205: UNGAP “European Network on Understanding Gastrointestinal Absorption-related Processes”.
